No much to say about arborescence of the files. Actually everything you copy into your folder project can be ingested by Dailycious. The only thing you need is to match the media filename with the connected metadata.

For instance, if your original media filename is "A001_C012_1201XN.mxf", your video filename should be "A001_C012_1201XN.mov"

We would only recommend to structure your dailycious project folder as your original raw footage so you can easily find a media file. Personally I like to have my dailies organized by shooting day. Hence I will store the XML in the day folder alongside my video files.

<aside> 💡 Note that two files are created in the project folder when activating the license (dailycious.db et dailycious.search). These files need to remain in the project folder. If you remove them, we will not being able to open the project then.
