Currently, Dailycious exists with 3 flavours :


The initial Dailycious package contains only the local version, while the Cloud and the Live version are options which can be added to the local starter kit.

Note that you can at the same time use the local version (local network), the cloud version (streaming) and the live version (live streaming).

Dailycious Local

The local version is our starter kit. It allows you to ingest media and populate your database in order to feed your local devices. That is to say, you will need a local network to pair your working station (on which you have Dailycious Manager) to the compatible devices (iPads, iPhone, MacBook...)

There is no limit regarding the number of devices you can pair with your manager. The limitation will come from your hardware first, as the more your will connect devices, the more the bandwidth will be shared between them and therefore the slowest the content will be send to your devices over.

From our experience, on a Gigabit wired network, working with up to 10 devices remains feasible. On a local Wi-Fi network, more than 4 iPads seems to be a bit courageous - still 4 iPads is already quite a number to have locally on a set.
